Among the routine determination of viscosity and water content, for example, the laboratory provides an access to spectroscopic (ATR-FTIR, UV-Vis, NMR), chromatographic (GC-MC, HPLC, IC) techniques and thermoanalysis (TGA/DSC) of the materials.
The quality of all products manufactured at our site is also to be proven here.
Batch production for innovative ILs is first determined in our pilot and production labs.
Our quality products are purified through extractive purification processes and short-path evaporators. Special attention is put on the low water percentage, non reacted starting material and halide content. Less content of Cl-Anions below 50 ppm in ILs can be manufactured here according to our patented CBIL´s route.
